• Create motion graphics and kinetic typography optimized for paid social and digital ad platforms. • Produce short-form, performance-driven video ads designed to drive installs, registrations, and revenue. • Animate in-app UI screens and product flows to showcase features and value propositions clearly and convincingly. • Add captions, music, hooks, and platform-native elements to maximize engagement and retention. • Develop multiple creative variations to support rapid A/B testing and iterative performance improvements. • Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Acquisition teams to translate performance insights into new creative concepts. • Optimize assets across multiple formats and placements (9:16, 16:9, 4:5, 1:1) to ensure platform-native execution. • Stay on top of performance marketing trends, emerging ad formats, and competitor creative to continuously elevate output. • Manage multiple fast-turn projects while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight deadlines.
