$62,623.97 - $75,000.00

This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role

The ELEVATE Specialist serves as the liaison between CCC and auto repair clients during all phases of product and service delivery. As the project expert, the ELEVATE Specialist plans, coordinates, and manages activities associated with delivery of our proprietary software solutions to auto repair customers.

This is a Virtual position that may require up to 75% travel.
Ideal candidate can live anywhere within the United States.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document pre-implementation process review of customer workflow
  • Create customer profile documentation, to include business requirements
  • Consult with customer to identify and communicate hardware and software requirements prior to implementation
  • Drive product adoption by gaining buy-in from Key Decision Makers.
  • Create an environment for positive adoption by effectively communicating the “Why” and the “What’s In It For Them?” to ALL employees of a customer’s business, and ensure successful adoption of products by providing compelling reporting (Reduced calls for status updates, higher Customer Satisfaction, review of online customer reviews in Carwise, etc.)
  • Conduct web-based training sessions with customers pre and post implementation
  • Lead comprehensive on-site training to staff members while also driving best practices
  • Provide detailed written project communications and updates throughout each repair facility implementation
  • Responsible for maintaining current Technical, Business and Industry Knowledge and is a subject matter expert on CCC Products and Services
  • Manage implementation milestones and activities per project schedule
  • Conduct presentations reviewing customer workflow to internal work groups in relation to the implementation
  • Install and configure software to functionality specifications for multiple end users during on-site implementation


 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5 years prior repair facility and/or insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Training experience, both remote and onsite, strongly preferred
  • 1 year prior experience on CCC products preferred
  • Technical/Computer Proficiency Required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
