This includes managing acute and chronic conditions, educating patients on wellness, and collaborating with the care team to ensure strong patient outcomes.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide virtual psychiatric care to adolescents aged 13–17, including conducting initial evaluations within 72 hours and managing ongoing medication treatment via telehealth. Responsibilities also involve educating families on diagnoses, obtaining consent prior to prescribing, and participating in weekly clinical team meetings.

The role involves conducting telehealth visits for acute, chronic, and preventive care, as well as providing walk-in clinic coverage and collaborating on home-based primary care services. Responsibilities also include performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and accurately documenting all encounters in the EHR.
