Why this role matters

This isn’t just another AE job. We’re looking for a high-impact seller who can confidently run the full sales cycle — driving new business across inbound, partner, and outbound channels. You’ll be responsible for landing new logos and playing a key role in our next phase of growth.

What you’ll do

• Own the full-cycle sales process: discovery, demo, proposal, close

• Work inbound leads with urgency and structure — no wasting warm interest

• Drive outbound campaigns with a partner-informed, account-based approach

• Collaborate closely with our NetSuite partners to influence and close joint opportunities

• Run compelling discovery that connects business pain to our value — fast

• Build trust with finance stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, AP Managers) by speaking their language

• Manage deals in Salesforce with precision — clean pipeline, real forecasts

• Partner with Solutions Consultants to ensure a strong fit and handoff

What we’re looking for

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales, ideally with mid-market or ERP experience

• Proven closer: you’ve sold $10K–$75K+ ACV deals with multiple stakeholders involved

• Strong understanding of how finance teams operate and buy technology

• You’ve worked inbound, outbound, and/or through partners — and know the playbook for each

• You’re comfortable owning your number, your calendar, and your follow-ups

• Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn — you don’t need micromanagement, just direction

• You respect the process but know how to build momentum and close deals

What success looks like in your first 6 months

• Ramp quickly: running qualified calls, demos, and proposals by month 2

• Build pipeline across all channels: outbound, inbound, and partner-led

• Drive urgency with tight next steps, real discovery, and clear business cases

• Close deals consistently and finish strong, tracking to quota

Why Charted?

• Private equity-backed, profitable, and scaling quickly

• A product customers genuinely love — delivering real ROI, not just buzzwords

• Remote-first with a high-trust, high-performance culture

• Competitive compensation, great benefits, and zero micromanaging

• Room to grow: this role has visibility, autonomy, and a direct line to leadership

We require that all Charted team members:

• Focus on autonomous thinking and a proactive approach to customer relationships.

• Create high quality, clearly written documentation that explains work performed and solutions implemented.

• Maintain a commitment to highly responsive communication with our customers and team members.

• Interact with team members in such a way as to maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

• Strive for continued personal growth; contribute in an ongoing and proactive way to the growth of Charted as a company.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation

• Competitive healthcare benefits

• Unlimited vacation

• Internet allowance

• Home office expense reimbursement

• 401(k) employer contributions

• Birthdays off

• Charitable contribution program

Benefits

  • 401(K), 401(K) matching, Commuter benefits, Company-sponsored outings, Continuing education stipend, Customized development tracks, Dental insurance, Disability insurance, Volunteer in local community, Family medical leave, Fitness stipend, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Flexible work schedule, Generous parental leave, Health insurance, Job training & conferences, Open door policy, Life insurance, Charitable contribution matching, Paid volunteer time, Online course subscriptions available, Onsite gym, Paid holidays, Paid industry certifications, Paid sick days, Onsite office parking, Partners with nonprofits, Performance bonus, Promote from within, Lunch and learns, Remote work program, Team based strategic planning, OKR operational model, Continuing education available during work hours, Tuition reimbursement, Unlimited vacation policy, Vision insurance, Wellness programs, Some meals provided, Mental health benefits, Home-office stipend for remote employees, Hiring practices that promote diversity, Day off for your birthday, Quarterly engagement surveys, Hybrid work model, In-person all-hands meetings, In-person revenue kickoff, Employee awards, Mother's room, Flexible time off, Bereavement leave benefits
