• Partner with Solution Architects during post-sale discovery to assess customer source systems (e.g., CRM, Accounting, Processes, spreadsheets) and data readiness. • Analyze legacy data structures, field mappings, data quality, and dependencies to identify risks, gaps, and remediation strategies. • Define migration scope, sequencing, assumptions, and success criteria in collaboration with implementation leadership. • Advise customers on data cleanup, normalization, and preparation activities prior to migration. • Design detailed source-to-target data mappings aligned with EvenUp’s data models, workflows, and reporting requirements. • Collaborate with the migration team to ensure migrations support future-state processes, automations, and analytics. • Define transformation rules, validation logic, and exception handling for complex legal data sets. • Build, execute, and manage data migrations using ETL tools, scripts, APIs, or database utilities. • Perform trial migrations, incremental loads, and final cutover migrations in accordance with project timelines. • Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the migration process.
