• Manage the accounting for company payroll and provide key support to the team on payroll reconciliation. • Manage A/R and A/P functions. • Manage the monthly accounting close process, including but not limited to journal entries, account reconciliations, adjustments, accruals, and flux analysis. • Oversees the preparation of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. • Timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local taxes, and coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process. • Developing and improving accounting processes and systems to drive efficiency and best practices. • Establishing, implementing and administering internal control policies, procedures and processes. • Participate in accounting and system integrations. • Manage, coach, and train accounting team members.
