Job Description

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow • Collaborate with architects on solution design and implementation approaches • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives • Write clean, well-documented, testable code that follows our team standards • Partner with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables • Contribute to code reviews with constructive, supportive feedback • Help translate public health requirements into technical solutions • Support the development of our PH360 platform

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • 1-3 years of work experience in governmental public health (local, state, federal, tribal, or non-profit)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools
  • Understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security model
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and test-driven development
