Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience in medical Device market (3+ years of experience in Neurovascular market).
- Possess existing relationships with current Neurovascular physicians in market
- Strong technical knowledge of neurovascular procedure and devices.
- Experience in working closely and managing key industry healthcare leaders, skilled in building strong relationships with these industry influencers
- Demonstrated success of collaboration with critical internal and external stakeholders and substantial customer interface
- Strong business acumen competency
- Understanding of business processes, high negotiation skills and has passion to achieve sustained, superior results.
- Proven track record of regional execution, and relationship management

- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively influence at all levels in the organization
- Ability to travel up to 50% which may include overnight and select international travel.

- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
