📍 Location: Work from anywhere in Virginia (Must be licensed in Virginia)
🕒 Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus!
Target Caseload: 15–22 sessions/week!
💰 Compensation:

$65 per billable hour – LCSW, LPC (fully licensed)

$45 per billable hour – LMSW, LPC-R (clinical supervision provided)

🧩 What You’ll Do

Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans

Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

✅ Qualifications

Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience serving children, teens, and families

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
