🧠 Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist

πŸ“ Location: Work from anywhere in Virginia (Must be licensed in Virginia)
πŸ•’ Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus!

Target Caseload: 15–22 sessions/week!

πŸ’° Compensation:

  • $65 per billable hour – LCSW, LPC (fully licensed)

  • $45 per billable hour – LMSW, LPC-R (clinical supervision provided)

🧩 What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

  • Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans

  • Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

  • Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

  • Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Experience serving children, teens, and families

  • Trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach

  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
