Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year

In this role, you will provide ongoing therapy, help clients build practical coping strategies, and support progress through thoughtful clinical planning. Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for adults, adolescents, or families
• Assess mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment approaches
• Create and maintain clear, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Document sessions and clinical updates in a timely manner
• Track client progress and modify interventions when needed
• Provide crisis support and referrals when clinically appropriate
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and professional standards
