Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience
- 5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company within a commercial organization
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with training operations and facilitating training workshops to small and large groups
- Experience in training selling skills, territory management, product knowledge/disease state knowledge, business acumen, market access & reimbursement
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines amidst shifting priorities
