This supporting research role conducts all phases of primary and secondary research, analyzing and reporting on both quantitative and qualitative data to provide strategic input into Voya’s businesses. The role requires delivering high-quality, timely research analyses and reports with actionable recommendations, comfortably presenting findings to all management levels.

The specialist will support pre- and post-award research administration activities, assisting investigators with budget development, proposal documentation compilation, and data maintenance within financial systems. Responsibilities also include monitoring proposal and award status, ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines, and facilitating financial transactions and closeout processes.

The scout will be responsible for attending high school and club lacrosse games, watching film, and publishing written and social media content, including player-driven analysis on the Company website. Additionally, the role involves networking with coaches to grow the Company footprint and promoting players for collegiate recruitment.
