Role Description

We are seeking 2–3 Senior Consultants with strong experience in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4 platform deployment to support a large-scale container platform implementation. This engagement will total approximately 1,280 hours and is fully remote. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in OpenShift platform deployment, OpenShift Virtualization (CNV), and VMware environments, with the ability to design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade container platforms. A security clearance (Public Trust) is preferred but not required.

• Lead and support deployment of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4 in enterprise environments
• Design and implement container platform infrastructure aligned with customer architecture and operational requirements
• Deploy and configure OpenShift Virtualization (CNV) to support virtualization workloads within OpenShift environments
• Integrate VMware-based infrastructure with OpenShift deployments and virtualization capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable platform implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform deployment, configuration, and integration issues
• Provide guidance on best practices for OpenShift architecture, container orchestration, and virtualization
• Document deployment processes, configurations, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4
• Experience with OpenShift Virtualization / Container Native Virtualization (CNV)
• Strong background working with VMware infrastructure and virtualization environments
• Ability to support enterprise-scale container platform deployments
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing container platform infrastructure
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote consulting environment

Requirements

• Active or previous Public Trust security clearance (preferred)
• Experience supporting federal or government environments (preferred)
