- Lead generation and conversion by identifying, pitching, and onboarding institutional clients across a broad spectrum of financial organizations.
- Execute consultative selling strategies to position full-suite products and services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and launch institutional-grade offerings, including lending, custody, and trading instruments.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and professional gatherings to strengthen brand visibility and expand the institutional network.
- Manage the complete sales funnel, including market research, deal structuring, negotiation, and contract closure.

- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within high-growth financial services or technology environments.
- 3+ years of experience in digital assets/Web3 space, specifically in outbound institutional sales for exchanges, custodians, or prime brokers.
- Established network and active book of business across hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, banks, and asset managers.
- Demonstrated success managing and monetizing complex institutional relationships, with clear examples of revenue and volume growth.
- Deep understanding of institutional-grade financial products, including OTC flows, API trading, and custodial systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to C-suite executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to evolving market conditions and regulatory environments.
