Role Description

This role provides a unique opportunity for a creative and strategic designer to shape the user experience and visual identity of a rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform. As Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end product design, from complex compliance workflows to dashboards and onboarding experiences, ensuring that challenging problems feel intuitive and simple. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product teams, gather insights directly from customers, and leverage analytics to inform your decisions. This position offers a high-autonomy, remote-first environment where design is considered a competitive advantage, and where your work directly impacts product quality, usability, and brand perception. You will also contribute to maintaining a scalable design system, establishing visual consistency, and continuously raising design standards across the product. Occasional travel may be required for team offsites or customer visits, but the role is primarily async and self-directed.

• Own the end-to-end UX of the core product, making complex workflows simple and intuitive.
• Define, evolve, and maintain the visual identity and design language across product and brand.
• Work closely with engineers in tight feedback loops, handing off specifications, reviewing implementations, and ensuring high visual polish.
• Conduct user research, discovery calls, and usability testing to ground design decisions in real-world customer insights.
• Leverage product analytics and user behavior data to identify pain points and inform design improvements.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency as the product grows.
• Continuously raise design standards and mentor team members on UX best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS companies with strong design cultures.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex product UX, including problem-solving, research, and iterative design — not just polished UI.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience building and maintaining design systems that balance consistency with speed.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, spacing, and motion.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and participating in technical discussions around product implementation.
• Data-informed design approach, using analytics to guide decisions and validate improvements.
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without constant oversight.
• Bonus: experience designing security, compliance, or developer-focused tools, or contributing to design systems from scratch.
