Job Description

• Develop and scale localized demand gen for the US and new exploratory international markets through multi-channel marketing. • Own the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. You will define MQL/SQL criteria, manage lead scoring (along with Marketing Ops Manager), and partner Sales team (locally and globally). • Create "Marketing-in-a-Box" kits for resellers to drive independent demand, and execute co-marketing campaigns that incentivize partner-led growth. • Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop cross-collaborative strategy with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Outreach, Social Media, Events and Conferences for high-value US targets and new international markets. • Be passionate about leveraging data to optimize your campaign strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in K12 education and EdTech industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, or business
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in edtech or Saas
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel outreach such as Email Marketing, paid marketing, events and more
  • Experience using WordPress for content management
  • Familiarity and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with sales teams to collaborate and develop effective sales tools
  • A problem-solver mindset and ability to think creatively towards a solution
  • A positive, friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable personality
  • Commitment to being results-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • A desire to learn, ask questions and try new things
  • A passion and enthusiasm for the education industry and what EdTech companies can offer districts, administrators, teachers and other primary stakeholders, through innovative solutions (US and in new exploring markets)
