Job Requirements
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following Massachusetts licenses: LICSW, LMFT or LMHC as well as your state of residence if it is not Massachusetts. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
Benefits
- The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.
