Job Description

• Manage and process billing cycles using Clio Manage, including time entries, invoices, and payment processing. • Track billable hours and ensure data integrity across multiple legal matters. • Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients regarding billing updates, inquiries, and reconciliations. • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and manage past-due payments. • Maintain organized billing records and detailed logs of client communications. • Assist with document management, scheduling, and professional correspondence via email and client portals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Completed)
  • Direct, hands-on experience with Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management functions)
  • Prior experience working within a law firm or legal services environment
  • Experience as a Remote Assistant or in a virtual professional role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • A dedicated remote workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection
