Overview
LMI is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with demonstrated experience in business process automation to support the U.S. Army in automating human resource processes and workflows. The ideal candidate has working level experience in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform suite, to include SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Co-Pilot Studio), Microsoft Dataverse, and AI Builder. This position supports the development of technical solutions that streamline business processes, aggregate, cleanse, and visualize data, and provide user-friendly interfaces to interact with the data.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Co-Pilot Studio), Microsoft Dataverse, and AI Builder)
- Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps
- Build data pipelines from existing Army systems
- Automate workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate
- Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to meet customer’s business objectives
- Test and Fix bugs and refactor as necessary
- Experience working in agile and works well with an agile team (Scrum Master, UI/UX Designer, Business Analyst, etc)
- Participate in working groups and process improvement teams
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training
- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Power Platform
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years development in Microsoft technologies (3+ years Power Platform) Proficient Power Platform development experience (Share Point, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
- Proficient at Power BI languages (Power Query, M, DAX, SQL, R)
- Proficient in integration technologies, data connectors, APIs, and protocols
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Active Secret Clearance Required
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience with DoD, Army, or Human Resources Processes
- Experience with Human Centered Design
- Certification in Agile (e.g. may include PMP-ACP, ICP, APMG, ACI, CSM, and PSM SAFe®) and understanding of the software development process
