Job Description
Nature and Scope
Summer internship opportunity in the American Regent Medical Department (ARMD). The Intern will spend time to support ARMD Operations. Focused on providing college students with practical, industry—specific Project Management and Operations experience in the drug development and approval process in both human and animal health.
Ability to complete a 13-week program (from May 18, 2026 to August 14, 2026) and commit to 40 hours per week remotely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with activities associated with development of clinical studies project management and timelines
Assist with activities associated with development and management of ARMD Operations SharePoint page
Activities associated with study operation, vendor management, budget review and contracting.
Work collaboratively with Medical Affairs and Clinical Research & Development staff supporting ongoing projects and participating in team meetings.
Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.
Education Requirements and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a science related or public health field (e.g., Biochemistry/Biology/Chemistry) or related field from an accredited college/university or graduate study in MPH or other master's program in a science related field preferred.
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Possess the ability to work independently and as well as on a team.
Knowledgeable and preferably proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Power Point.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Expected Hourly Rate:
$20.00 - $23.00
