Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically one to three years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of policies and procedures of assigned area
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Proven customer service/relations skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
