The VP of Sales is a senior, highly visible individual contributor responsible for driving growth across our revenue cycle management (RCM) services. This role focuses on selling comprehensive RCM solutions to specialty practices, including physical therapy, behavioral health, home health, and other physician groups, while representing our full suite of revenue cycle and clinical management offerings.
This is a true hunter role, focused exclusively on new logo acquisition and owning long cycle enterprise pursuits that typically span 9 to 24 months. You will personally lead complex, multi year RCM outsourcing engagements ranging from $500K to $3M+ in annual contract value, partnering with CFOs, CEOs, and private equity operating partners to structure end to end revenue cycle partnerships.
Essential Job Functions
Enterprise New Logo Acquisition
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies targeting leaders within multi-site physician platforms
- Identify and pursue enterprise RCM outsourcing opportunities across specialty physician markets
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from strategic identification through contract execution
Cross Functional Deal Leadership
- Lead executive level negotiations and contract discussions
- Orchestrate internal deal teams across solutions, finance legal, deliver and Executive leadership
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management across long cycle enterprise pursuits
Market Presence
- Represent the organization at private equity forums, industry conferences and healthcare technology events.
- Develop and maintain senior level relationships within target markets
Required Experience
- 7+years of end to end RCM healthcare sales experience, must have
- Demonstrated success closing $1Mplus multi year enterprise agreements
- Proven track record of consistent new logo quota attainment
- Experience managing 9-24 month enterprise sales cycles
- Experience selling outsourced services, RCM Solutions or Healtcare BPO
- Demonstrated success selling to Csuite executives
