Job DetailsJob Location: RemoteJOB SUMMARY  The Pharma Solutions Director is tasked with growing the network of participating pharmacies and increasing revenue sales for the pharma business. This person participates in the cultivation and stewardship of executive relationships, ensuring margins, revenue and customer satisfaction metrics continue to increase within the pharmaceutical channels.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead prospecting and building strong relationships with key decision makers across pharmacy.   Grow the Outcomes pharmacy data network to support Pharma programs Build strong relationships with pharmacy customers with consultative sales approach Coordination of cross selling within Outcomes as appropriate Travel to prospective pharmacy accounts and industry events to cultivate relationships, demonstrate various services and identify new market trends, requirements, and opportunities Build initial playbook for network expansion strategy.  Ongoing, Develop impactful content including slide decks, case studies, and 1-pagers in collaboration with marketing Collaborate with product and engineering on new and current relationships with data sharing partners for pharmacy data received from pharmacy entities that support Pharma programs Manage the contracting process for data sharing between Outcomes and the integration entity Utilize salesforce.com to track opportunities and prospects for forecasting purposes Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging technologies; learning current and pre-release patient engagement products, platforms and complimentary tools. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors QualificationsKNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS Ability to understand technical requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling to craft a compelling narrative Market awareness, including a keen understanding of the pharma and pharmacy industry and trends Technical proficiency related to PC and basic office software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, always demonstrating professionalism and good judgement. Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Must be able to work autonomously (with minimal direction) while also being part of an integrated team. Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 25% EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum years of work experience:   5 years in pharma or pharmacy patient support programs and would prefer mid-level management experience Minimum level of education or education/experience:   Bachelors Degree in business or Healthcare related field preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The actual base pay offered will consider candidate’s geographic location, job related knowledge, experience, and skill amongst other potential factors. There may be a bonus or commission, and/or a long-term incentive that will be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.  #LI-REMOTE
