Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Wellness Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive financial wellness programs for clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with organizations to understand their culture, goals, and employee needs, translating these insights into actionable, impactful strategies. You will drive the adoption of holistic financial wellness initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing, advisory role, combining strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and project execution skills.   • Conducting discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand expectations, success metrics, existing benefits, and financial wellness needs.
  • Developing tailored action plans with prescriptive recommendations for holistic financial wellness strategies.
  • Coordinating program implementation, establishing launch dates, and ensuring seamless integration with existing benefits offerings.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact post-launch, monitoring program performance, and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Leveraging client data to refine and enhance program offerings continuously, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs.
  • Educating clients on the value of financial wellness and advocating for practices that promote employee financial well-being.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in retirement plans, financial wellness, and relationship management.
  • Professional license or certification (Series 65, 6, or 7).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, program development, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of holistic financial wellness concepts and ability to translate them into actionable client strategies.
  • Exceptional client service orientation with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Innovative and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Familiarity with employee benefits integration, data-driven program analysis, and wellness technology platforms.

  • Salary range: $93,000 – $130,000 USD (depending on experience and location).
