Role Description

As Daily KPI Executive of Citadel Healthcare Management you will be liable to perform the following job duties:

• KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report Daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, specifically focusing on therapist utilization, claim denials, and client retention.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize the patient scheduling and intake process to minimize no-shows and reduce wait times for first appointments.
• Revenue Cycle Management: Manage insurance verification, authorization tracking, and billing to keep days in A/R under 40 and clean claim rates above 90%.
• Data-Driven Staff Support: Use productivity data to provide actionable insights for clinician caseload management and reduce burnout.
• Patient Experience Management: Oversee patient satisfaction surveys and reputation management (reviews) to improve client retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in healthcare management, specifically within behavioral health, mental health, or substance use disorder clinics.
• Strong proficiency in EHR platforms and data analytics tools e.g Excel with complex formulas.
• Deep understanding of insurance billing, specifically Medicaid/Medicare and major commercial payers.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Behavioral Characteristics: Analytical, proactive, and patient-centric.
