Role Description
As an Account Services Representative, you will spend your day answering phone calls and emails from our policyholders, brokers, and group office personnel, playing a pivotal role in retaining group premium income. Your focus on delivering high-quality customer service, combined with efficiency and effectiveness, will enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Training will start Monday, May 11th in a virtual Camera On Classroom and hands-on Training w/Mentors. Training will be Friday May 8th from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST time and will run for 8 consecutive weeks.

- Excellent human relations skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to make sound, justified decisions.
- Proven ability to provide quality and thorough customer service.
- Display organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Requirements
- Uncover the intent behind Policyholders & Brokers, and Group Office inquiries on implementation, enrollment, and billing.
- Skillfully investigate, analyze, and resolve questions to exceed customer expectations.
- Proficiency with Excel, while navigating multiple systems and paying close attention to detail for smooth front-end handling.
- Provide training and explanations to Policyholders and Brokers on billing, enrollment procedures, and other business processes.
- Excel in service recovery by turning complaint/error situations into opportunities for positive customer experiences.
- Foster lasting and effective working relationships with internal and external business partners.

- Hourly Wage: $23.25 - $25.25, plus annual bonus opportunity.
