We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Management Director to lead the delivery of professional services across a portfolio of clients. In this role, you will oversee complex implementations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with client and organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, and technical leads, to translate client needs into actionable project plans. - Collaborating with Account Executives to develop long-term strategies and project pipelines for client accounts.
- Leading pre-sales activities, including evaluating prospective client needs and contributing to implementation proposals.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Consulting Leads, and Technical Product Leads, to deliver services and solutions.
- Monitoring project health, including schedule, budget, utilization, and client satisfaction, and reporting on progress and risks.
- Supporting creation and negotiation of Statements of Work and managing P&L at the client and portfolio level.
- Identifying and mitigating project and organizational risks, acting as an escalation point for complex situations.
- Driving adherence to best practices, contributing to continuous process improvement, and championing high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting and project management, with at least 5 years managing a portfolio of accounts or consulting practice.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, healthcare technology, or related industries.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with executives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools (e.g., FinancialForce, OpenAir).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and operate in a hybrid or remote environment.
