Qualifications
- Strong background in analyzing and improving business processes, specifically related to sales and quoting.
- Experience with the integration of CRM systems with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration.
- Strong understanding of data models, database concepts, and data migration tools (e.g., data loader, ETL tools).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent ability to solve complex problems, think creatively, and propose innovative solutions.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer.
