- Strong analytical, documentation, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web browsers.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and business audiences.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Quality Center) and project management is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in quality or testing (e.g., ISO Service Management, CSTP, ITIL) are preferred.
