We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Account Manager to lead sales and business development across the Southeast region, focusing on commercial and broadcast audiovisual (AV) accounts. This role offers the opportunity to drive adoption of advanced AV network solutions while building strong relationships with integrators, consultants, and key customers. You will partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to identify growth opportunities, develop territory strategies, and execute plans that deliver measurable business impact. With up to 50% travel, this position combines autonomy, technical expertise, and customer engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Create and implement an effective territory plan for the Southeast region, targeting commercial and broadcast AV accounts.
- Conduct accurate sales forecasting for accounts, markets, and verticals, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline and opportunities.
- Engage AV integrators, consultants, and customers to educate them on advanced AV solutions and network technology.
- Collaborate with distribution teams to ensure account access to appropriate discount levels and support channel success.
- Stay up-to-date on product developments, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide consultative expertise.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and maximize account growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5–7+ years of territory sales experience in the Pro and Broadcast AV markets.
- 5+ years selling AV over IP technologies with a strong understanding of IP networking principles.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales accurately and meet revenue goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for business growth.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
