Role Description

This role is designed for a strategic and data-driven professional who will help optimize and scale talent acquisition operations. The Program Manager will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to implement programs, improve recruiting processes, and enhance operational efficiency. By leveraging analytics, systems, and structured programs, this position plays a key role in shaping hiring strategy and improving candidate and hiring manager experiences. The role requires strong collaboration across teams, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and a proactive mindset for process improvement and automation. Ideal candidates enjoy building scalable programs, driving adoption of new tools, and creating structured frameworks that empower recruiting teams to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment.

  • Design and deliver training materials, presentations, and enablement programs to support Talent Acquisition teams and leadership in adopting new tools, dashboards, and processes.
  • Analyze recruiting data, identify trends, and create dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights for hiring strategies and operational improvements.
  • Conduct and maintain global system audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of candidate and recruiting data.
  • Evaluate existing recruiting workflows and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
  • Enhance the candidate journey from application through onboarding by supporting recruitment systems and optimizing the applicant tracking process.
  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation including job descriptions, offer templates, interview guides, and recruitment SOPs.
  • Lead and deliver training initiatives for recruiters and hiring teams on interview practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Manage key talent acquisition programs such as internship initiatives, employee referral programs, and employer branding activities across digital channels and job boards.
  • Collaborate with internal communications teams to build and maintain a knowledge hub or intranet resources that support hiring managers with self-service recruitment guidance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or People functions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, programs, or projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience in Greenhouse considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes, introduce automation, and implement scalable recruiting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly when presenting data or training materials to stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner with recruiting teams, leadership, and cross-functional departments.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
