• Understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and initiate/co-drive project work that affects the bottom line of the organization • Initiate and drive work streams of projects that directly impact the organization’s overall health via improved Yield • Create and maintain a robust project plan, set challenging goals and deadlines per executive asks, calculating impact to Yield, Bad Debt, and overall project ROI, and solution analysis • Participate and potentially lead project updates with executives and stakeholders • Proactively monitor team’s book of business outcomes and findings through data analytics and/or trend analysis and root cause analysis • Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings on a facilitator and/or (data) analytical support level • Meet with business partners regularly and impacted teams to maintain relationships and provide high level updates and results on initiatives • Ad hoc data analytics and deep dive requests
