Job Details

We are seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney to handle construction defect and general liability matters while managing a consistent 160 monthly billable target.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Manage case strategy, client communication, and litigation deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case handling and reporting

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment
• Strong written communication, organization, and case management skills
