We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Planning Coordinator to assist clients with researching and coordinating travel arrangements. In this remote role, you will help travelers plan vacations, explore destination options, and organize travel details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, have strong organizational skills, and are comfortable assisting clients in a remote environment.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
- Research travel options including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide clients with recommendations and travel planning guidance
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and travel details
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the planning process
- Stay informed about travel destinations, trends, and general industry updates
