Job Description
Job Requirements
- Independent licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in a PSYPACT participating state
- Active PSYPACT credentials allowing you to provide telehealth services across PSYPACT states
- Experience and training in couples therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults and couples
- Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
- Availability for 10 hours per week
- Comfort delivering individual and couples therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes
- Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method
- Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care
- Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare professionals!
