You will drive projects within our GTM Stack, with Salesforce at the center and accompanied by Outreach, Hubspot, Clari, LeanData, Clay, RevOps.io, Gong, among others.
Although the role is heavily focused on driving business processes and systems, we’re a small team and we wear many hats - you can expect to participate in broader organizational initiatives such as Deal Desk, Enablement, Commissions, and Planning. Core Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance by owning our GTM Processes & Stack.
- Manage GTM reporting, telling the story of our business through data and ultimately driving data-informed business decisions.
- Unify our tech stack around proven GTM processes, enabling accurate reporting to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, geos, verticals, and commission structures.
- Own database and platform management including administration, process changes, and troubleshooting of the GTM tech stack, ensuring teams have the needed capabilities and can access accurate data to manage their team or personal objectives.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and/or partner with the Analytics team to ensure the pipeline & forecast is accurately reported
- Ensure data accuracy, data hygiene, and data enrichment, in the lead lifecycle from lead scoring and lead routing to close won. Manage and report on SLA lead governance with a focus on analysis of marketing attribution logic for leads and pipeline.
- Manage key RevOps projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project setup, ongoing maintenance, and project close out.
You’d be a great fit if…
- 4-5+ years of sales or revenue operations experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide enablement programs in a remote setting
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and Google Workspace
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Deep GTM Stack experience - including SFDC, Hubspot, Outreach, CPQ, Clari, etc.
- Ability to understand marketing operations concepts including workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and the marketing funnel
- Highly proficient with using data to answer business-critical questions
- You have experience with coordination, collaboration and organization with cross-functional teams
- You excel at managing multiple projects at once, prioritization, have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized
