Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Support Specialist to support a growing immigration legal team by ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent client coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping firm calendars accurate, communications timely, and client records well-organized so attorneys and legal staff can focus on substantive legal work. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through reliable follow-ups, precise documentation, and clear communication with clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, values accuracy, and takes pride in keeping systems and processes running seamlessly. If you enjoy being the organizational backbone of a legal team, this role offers meaningful responsibility and stability.

-Salary Range: from $1,150 USD to $1,220 USD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Send reminders to clients and internal team members regarding upcoming appointments and key dates

  • Maintain calendars for the entire firm, ensuring appointments and deadlines are accurately scheduled

  • Manage and update CRM records with accurate and current information

  • Handle client notifications, notices, and appointment coordination

  • Maintain and organize clients’ documents and records in digital systems

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Additional Job Description:
• Work schedule and timezone: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. EST.

• Language requirement: Spanish is mandatory due to client needs.

Software and tools:
◦ CRM: Docket Wise
◦ VOIP: Virtuo Mobile Connect
◦ PowerPoint for preparing presentations and materials
◦ BloomGrowth for task and to-do tracking support

Preferred background:
◦ Immigration experience or knowledge is highly preferred

Required Skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with consistent accuracy
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort communicating with clients via phone and email
• Ability to manage multiple calendars and reminders simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital record keeping
• Dependable, structured, and process-oriented work style
• Ability to follow established procedures while maintaining consistency

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
