What will you be doing as a Senior Sales Executive (Strategic Partner Sales) at SimSpace?
As a Senior Sales Executive at SimSpace, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth in Strategic Partner Sales. You will win new business developing strategic partnerships with Technology Providers that can leverage the SimSpace platform to develop and augment their solutions with Cyber Security Agents. SimSpace provides Cyber Ranges and a complete Attack Simulation Harness enabling Technology Providers to simulate real world threats, execute cyber attacks to generate synthetic training data, and validate their Agents to complement their security solutions. This role isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about building lasting relationships in the cybersecurity market, solving complex security challenges, and positioning SimSpace as the most trusted partner in cybersecurity training environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership of complex deals and driving impact without excessive oversight. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Who you are:
You are a driven sales executive that has proven experience in identifying, qualifying, and establishing OEM and strategic partnerships with Technology Providers.
You can develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring long-term alignment between the Partner’s GTM objectives and SimSpace’s Platform offerings.
You have built and managed complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at the Product Manager and corporate level. You have successfully navigated enterprise procurement processes.
You are able to skillfully identify the synergy and alignment of the SimSpace capabilities with the solutions offered by the relevant Technology providers utilizing a consultative approach.
Your experience includes deep and meaningful collaboration cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering and Leadership to refine strategy and execution.
In your day-to-day, you drive predictable forecasting and pipeline management using Value Based Selling sales frameworks.
You have demonstrated experience crafting compelling ROI narratives that demonstrate measurable business value, making it easy for Partners to justify investment.
What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Senior Sales Executive (Strategic Partner Sales), you need to:
6+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI technologies with direct experience driving OEM partnerships.
Based in the Silicon Valley area
Successfully sold AI related enterprise technologies into Technology Providers.
Proven ability to navigate enterprise buying processes, including budget management, stakeholder influence and procurement cycles.
Proven relationships with C-level executives and experience managing multi-stakeholder negotiations.
Track record of quota attainment in new ARR within complex accounts.
Technical awareness of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or cybersecurity risk strategies, with an ability to translate technical concepts into business value discussions.
Proficient in conducting strategic discovery conversations to uncover prospects’ needs, pain points and business objectives, ensuring solutions are tailored to maximum value.
A collaborative and team-driven mentality, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively in high-stakes negotiations.
Adaptability in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating ownership, problem-solving and resourcefulness.
