Position Overview:
The International Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing will oversee the delivery of transfer pricing documentation, guide policy design and implementation, supervise junior team members, and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance while supporting client relationships and internal practice initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the preparation and review of transfer pricing compliance documentation for U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
● Oversee implementation and evaluation of client transfer pricing processes and controls.
● Lead client interviews and information gathering related to intercompany transactions.
● Analyze industry and financial data to benchmark and support intercompany pricing policies.
● Review financial models including market penetration analyses and intangible property valuations.
● Draft and review functional analyses, industry overviews, and technical memoranda.
● Ensure quality control through proofreading and editing of deliverables.
● Train and mentor associates to support their professional development.
● Assist in creating presentations, research materials, and internal knowledge resources.
● Participate in practice improvement initiatives and collaborate across service lines.
● Stay current with global transfer pricing regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
● 3+ years of transfer pricing experience with demonstrated project management and supervisory capabilities.
● Experience with tax research databases and transfer pricing software is a plus.
● Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills.
● Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including client presentations.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
