Job Requirements
- 8 years Skilled in eliciting business and technical requirements
- 8 years Skilled in communicating complex design and technical issues, as well as writing business cases and planning documents
- 8 years Skilled in effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- 8 years Skilled in gathering input, formulating a plan, and carrying it to fruition
- 8 years Skilled in providing exceptional follow-through and customer service
- 8+ years of experience performing complex business analysis independently, using sound judgment and creativity.
- At least 5 years acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Strong background in data analysis, requirements gathering, and technology understanding.
- PMP or project management experience is a strong plus.
- 8 years’ Experience with government regulations and processes
- Business Process Mapping & Reengineering
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Stakeholder Management (Business & IT Liaison)
- Solution Evaluation & Risk Analysis
- Documentation & Presentation Skills.
