Job Description

At MVP360 Sports & Entertainment Management, we thrive in a dynamic world, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. From vision to victory, we design and deliver unforgettable sporting and entertainment events. We are looking for dedicated individuals passionate about enriching communities through sports, recreation, and wellness.

Job Title: Fitness Instructor for Military Camps

NOT a WORK FROM HOME JOB: These camps take place all around the world and on military installations. MUST HAVE a valid and up-to-date driver's license, pass all local, state, and federal background checks. Clean driving and criminal record. MUST be able to travel and be away from your home of record for at least 6 days at a time.

The Fitness Instructor will play a vital role in developing and implementing fitness and wellness programs that engage, educate, and inspire participants of all ages. This role involves planning sessions, coordinating activities, and fostering an environment that promotes health, physical literacy, fitness, confidence, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

MVP360 Sports is thrilled to expand our youth development programs by launching fitness-focused camps and clinics tailored specifically for military children and families at various military installations across the U.S. and potentially overseas.

As a premier youth development organization with more than 13 years of experience, MVP360 Sports harnesses the power of sports, physical activity, and wellness to drive positive transformation. We inspire and empower thousands of young athletes each year through dynamic camps, leadership training, and comprehensive programs that cultivate character, encourage healthy lifestyles and physical literacy, and support social-emotional growth. Our signature "360" approach weaves together education, wellness, and personal development, equipping kids with essential life skills like discipline, teamwork, confidence, and resilience.

We already run highly successful programs (including soccer, flag football, multi-sport offerings, and now fitness initiatives) directly at military bases, collaborating with branches including the Air Force, Army, Navy, and more. These programs are celebrated for their emphasis on skill-building, enjoyment, full inclusion regardless of ability, and mentorship from committed instructors who make every session impactful.

Now, we're excited to introduce dedicated fitness-specific camps and clinics—designed to help military youth build overall fitness (cardio, strength, flexibility, core training, functional movements, and healthy habits), enhance self-confidence, strengthen team bonds, and thrive in a fun, high-energy yet supportive atmosphere. These offerings align perfectly with our Healthy Living & Physical Literacy pillar, complementing our mission to uplift the next generation and provide meaningful, structured enrichment for military families right on base, addressing the unique challenges they face such as frequent relocations and parental deployments.

To bring this vision to life, we're recruiting experienced, enthusiastic fitness instructors ready to travel to military installations for multi-day camps or clinics (typically 4-5 days, 3 hours per session). Instructors will lead training sessions, provide mentorship, and create unforgettable, transformative experiences for the kids.

What we're seeking in instructors:

  • Demonstrated experience leading fitness sessions or instructing in group fitness, bootcamps, youth conditioning, or related areas (youth level preferred)
  • Genuine passion for working with children of diverse skill levels and backgrounds
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (we cover all instructor travel, accommodations, and equipment)
  • Alignment with our core values of positive youth development, inclusivity, mentorship, and promoting lifelong healthy habits
  • Readiness to complete necessary background checks (including military-specific clearances as required)
  • High energy, patience, and excellent communication to foster encouraging, enjoyable, and safe environments

This is a deeply fulfilling role where you can truly make a lasting difference in the lives of military children—while becoming part of a passionate network of 150+ coaches, mentors, and instructors. Families and participants consistently rave about our programs for their dynamic instruction, adaptability, and genuine positive influence.

If you're eager to share your fitness expertise at military bases and join our "Rise Up!" movement, we want to hear from you!

We're growing quickly and building our fitness instruction team—opportunities are limited, so don't wait!

Together, let's empower military youth through the power of fitness, movement, and purposeful wellness activities.
