Role Description

This role supports Prop Firm Match by producing clear, professional, and high-impact visual assets that strengthen brand credibility and help communicate complex information to traders across marketing campaigns, social media content, product visuals, and educational materials.

The designer collaborates closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams, translating ideas into visuals that are clean, trustworthy, and easy to understand. Success in this role comes from combining speed, creativity, and clarity, while maintaining consistent visual quality across all design outputs.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver high-quality graphic design assets
    • Produce clear, professional design assets that support Prop Firm Match’s marketing, product communication, and educational content.
    • Design social media graphics, marketing visuals, and promotional materials.
    • Produce visuals supporting product features, educational content, and announcements.
    • Follow existing brand guidelines and visual standards.
    • Deliver assets quickly while maintaining high visual quality.

    Success looks like: Consistently clean, professional, and easy-to-understand visuals delivered on time and aligned with PFM’s brand style.

  • Support marketing and communication needs through design
    • Create visuals for social media posts, blog content, and campaigns.
    • Adapt existing templates for new content or announcements.
    • Support marketing launches or updates with visual materials.
    • Deliver requested assets within agreed timelines.

    Success looks like: Marketing and content teams can quickly publish high-quality visual content supported by reliable design execution.

  • Maintain visual clarity and consistency in delivered assets
    • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all assets.
    • Ensure strong visual hierarchy and readability in designs.
    • Maintain clean layouts suitable for digital platforms.
    • Improve existing visuals when updating or adapting them.

    Success looks like: Design outputs that are visually clear, consistent, and easy for users to understand, strengthening brand trust.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally working on digital products, marketing campaigns, or brand-related projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design, marketing assets, or brand visuals.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms such as social media, marketing campaigns, or web visuals.
  • Good understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and information clarity.
  • Practical experience using modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to improve creative workflows and production speed.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deliver high-quality assets within short timelines.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with remote teams.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly on designs.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
