• Lead multi-site clinic operations across all markets • Standardize workflows, staffing models, KPIs, and performance rhythms • Ensure cross-functional alignment between clinical and non-clinical leaders • Serve as executive-level escalation point for complex operational or clinical matters • Drive operational readiness for de novo launches and acquired-entity integration • Establish clear productivity expectations and accountability frameworks • Oversee provider onboarding, training, competency validation, and documentation compliance • Partner with the Chief Medical Officer to ensure evidence-based, high-quality care standards • Monitor utilization, rebooking, documentation accuracy, and revenue-per-provider trends • Improve Net Promoter Score, conversion rates, and rebooking performance • Ensure brand standards and service behaviors are consistently executed market-wide • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations • Lead audit-readiness initiatives and corrective-action planning • Integrate compliance frameworks into new markets and acquired practices • Own clinic-level P and L performance in partnership with Finance
