In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related questions, help coordinate travel arrangements, and provide support throughout the travel planning process. - Provide excellent customer service to clients planning travel
- Assist with researching and coordinating travel options including cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotels
- Respond to client questions and provide helpful travel information
- Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
- Provide support to clients before and after travel as needed
