Job Description

• Support in the implementation of an expanded CRM system • Support in operational customer support (email, phone, CRM) • Structured documentation in our CRM system (Pipedrive) • Analysis of recurring issues and identification of optimization opportunities • Collaboration in building and further developing our complaints management • Creation and optimization of standard processes and communication guidelines • Support with KPI tracking in Customer Success (e.g., response times, satisfaction, escalation rates)

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a related field
  • Mandatory internship as required by your degree program
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Interest in process optimization and service quality
