Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Patient Care: Conduct chat and video visits, managing patient needs ranging from low to high acuity.

Qualifications
- Licensure (Non-Negotiable): You must currently hold state medical licenses that cover at least 40% of the US population (typically including CA, TX, FL, and NY).
- Experience: Minimum of 6,240 practice hours (roughly 3 years of full-time clinical experience).
- Specialty: Background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Education: Graduate of a US-based medical training program.
- Leadership: Proven experience overseeing clinical groups, workflows, or setting practice policies.
- Digital Fluency: Fast learner regarding new software tools, telehealth platforms, and digital processes.
