Role Description
Join HubSpot’s Design Team as a Product Designer focused on Go-to-Market AI. The Flywheel Product Line aims to enhance HubSpot's growth through AI innovations across three core areas:
- Building an AI concierge to support customers throughout their lifecycle by solving support issues, identifying goals, unlocking features, and providing value.
- Extending core products with AI-first tools to improve the efficiency of HubSpot’s go-to-market teams, eliminating repetitive admin work and enhancing focus on leads.
- Creating dedicated experiences for HubSpot’s global partner ecosystem, enabling agencies and consultancies to grow faster and operate more efficiently.
The work involves complex design challenges and offers a chance to make a significant impact in applied AI.
We are actively seeking Product Designers for various opportunities in these areas, collaborating during the interview process to find the best fit.

Requirements
- Lead design initiatives and create cohesive user journeys from discovery to launch.
- Develop and evolve UX patterns, systems, and frameworks for consistency and innovation.
- Contribute to strategy and vision initiatives across HubSpot’s GTM.
- Utilize AI in design explorations, prototyping, and research.
- Foster partnerships with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and iterate based on analytics and insights.
- Mentor others and elevate team craft.
