- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements
- This is a front-line sales leadership role focused on driving consistent, measurable performance.
- Approximately 80% of this position is dedicated to leading and developing a quota-carrying team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Success in this role requires strong performance management, structured coaching, pipeline rigor, and the ability to elevate individual and team execution.
- The remaining 20% of the role offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally to improve merchant adoption and utilization of our lending solutions.
- This leader will surface insights from the field, influence process improvements, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact revenue growth and brand strength at scale.
- This role is well-suited for a performance-oriented sales leader who thrives in accountability-driven environments, builds high-performing teams, and is motivated by visible impact across the organization.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years in a revenue-generating individual contributor role with quota accountability.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience.
- 2+ years leading a revenue-generating team with performance accountability.
- Financial Services / Fintech and Lending experience is a strong plus.

- Northern California - (Virtual) | ($149,000.00 - $213,400.00 Annually)
- Arizona - (Virtual) | ($135,000.00 - $193,600.00 Annually)
