Role Description
We are seeking a Change Enablement Specialist to support the successful execution of change initiatives as part of our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will be responsible for coordinating change enablement activities, supporting change enablement deliverables, and ensuring alignment between change efforts and overall project milestones.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience managing multiple workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and supporting governance activities in large-scale transformation projects. By partnering with Change Managers and cross-functional teams, this role will help drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and seamless project execution to maximize adoption and minimize disruption during the transition to SAP S/4HANA. The role can be located remotely within the US.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Support change initiatives: Assist senior change managers in rolling out organizational changes (new systems, restructures, mergers).
- Communication & engagement: Draft communications, prepare presentations, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
- Training support: Help design or deliver training sessions to ease adoption of new processes and build awareness.
- Impact analysis: Conduct assessments to identify how changes affect employees, processes, and systems, and who specifically is impacted.
- Documentation & reporting: Maintain change logs, track progress, and prepare status updates.
- Administrative support: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide logistical support for change efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, change management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in organizational change or project management, preferably in ERP implementations.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
- Team collaboration and relationship-building.
Requirements
- Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.
- This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.
- Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
