Job Description
Role Description
At Ivy Rehab, we're "All About the People"! As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help enable people to live their lives to the fullest.
Job Description:
- Ivy Rehab Network is on a mission to deliver exceptional clinical services — and that starts with the people we hire.
- As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
- Operate inside a fast-paced, growth-oriented team that values great recruiters.
- This role is your platform to do the best work of your recruiting career.
🎯 A Note to Clinical Recruiters:
- If you've spent years navigating the unique talent landscape of behavioral health — building pipelines for BCBAs/Behavior Analysts — you already know this world demands more than traditional recruiting playbooks.
- At Ivy, that expertise is exactly what we're looking for. You won't be starting from scratch; you'll be leading the charge.
- Every BCBA or Clinical Director you place directly impacts the lives of children and families receiving ABA therapy.
- Your pipeline is their pathway to care.
What You'll Do:
- Source & Attract: Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality clinical candidates across the country.
- Partner Deeply: Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors to align on job specs and meet the organization's talent needs.
- Own Full-Cycle: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle with accountability for quality of hire, cost, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Elevate Experience: Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience at every touchpoint throughout the process.
- Champion the Brand: Actively promote Ivy as an employer of choice and contribute to our growing reputation in the clinical talent community.
- Drive Special Projects: Step into strategic initiatives that help evolve and improve our talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Core Clinical Recruiting Experience:
- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting with a demonstrated track record of filling clinical or healthcare roles.
- 3+ years sourcing and building qualified candidate pipelines using multiple channels.
- 3+ years filling roles for behavioral health clinicians — BCBA experience is highly preferred.
- 2+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools.
- Technical & Systems Expertise:
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — posting requisitions, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining 100% data compliance.
- Experience thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to align on job specifications.
- Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
- Well-developed collaboration skills with unquestioned integrity and confidence in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Previous experience managing direct reports is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desired.
Benefits
- Best Employer: A prestigious honor to be recognized by Modern Healthcare, signifying excellence in our industry and providing an outstanding workplace culture.
- Exceeding Expectations: Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
- Incentives Galore: Eligibility for full benefits package beginning within your first month of employment. Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) plans, paid holidays.
- Empowering Values: Live by values that prioritize teamwork, growth, and serving others.
- Compensation for this position can range from $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 based on experience.
